Kevin Manuel is a professional photographer and documentary storyteller who tells stories through media. 

Kevin Manuel's college educational journey began in Takoma Park, Maryland where he earned a Public Communications (Intercultural Communication) degree from Washington Adventist University. He developed a keen appreciation for journalism there and through the advice of his mentor, attended Ohio University’s Visual Communications program. The combination of his love for the form and his formal education has made multimedia, journalism, and current events, the forefront of his career path.

He then completed a multimedia internship with MLive Muskegon Chronicle in Michigan, producing multimedia pieces for their online site as well as written work chronicling the lives of a unique community. Kevin has a strong background in writing and has been involved with multimedia for the past several years. This has allowed him to hone his skills in multimedia narration which has directed his writing, photography, journalism.
